Other key information on call charges:
- All fees are stated excluding VAT.
- Calls between your VoIP-enabled offices are free.
- Call to anyone else on Gradwell VoIP are free.
- Charges for Directory Enquiries services vary dependent on service provider.
- Calls are billed by the second, and there is a minimum call charge of 1.5 pence on all calls except freephone calls.
- Inbound calls to 0800 numbers cost 3 pence per minute.
- Calls that are diverted to land lines are charged at standard rates.
